Record your Texas city, the provider on your account, the tariff name, the energy rate per kWh and the statement date. If your plan lists several charges or periods, identify them separately rather than guessing a blended number. Pair that information with pump power and daily hours. SunRay’s dedicated panels do not tie into the home electrical panel or rooftop array. Ask how your proposed placement relates to the pump before committing to a layout.
For a suburban driveway, rural gate or managed property, tell us how freight would reach the receiving point. Include your postcode and who can accept delivery. Request written freight terms and equipment details before booking installation. If a failed pump has created urgency, say so and ask for current availability without assuming a dispatch date.
