Record island, town, utility, tariff name, energy rate per kWh and statement date. Add the pump’s power and scheduled hours from your own records. Ask whether the proposed quote addresses mainland shipping, any interisland leg, receiving charges and final delivery. State the island, postcode and who can accept the equipment. If customs or onward international movement is relevant to your route, raise it explicitly. Availability and all transport responsibilities need confirmation before an installation date is arranged.
